F. Conclusion
Based
on the explanation that I (author) has to say on above, it can be concluded that according
to al-Qasimi:

Legal of adopted children is allowed,
as long not remove
pedigree lineage the child
from her
biological family.
2)
The legal status of adopted children in case of inheritance is no right to mutual inherit each other, but Islam has provides an alternative by giving testament to the
adopted child and does not exceed one
third of the treasure
relics.
