2. The Law of Adoption According to Al-Qasimi
Deed take an other child to later serve as his adoptive or foster children by providing a decent living facilities both in terms of service, affection, health, and education is the good deeds legally that highly recommended by Islamic. The deeds is also a proof of the existence of social care to abandoned children who need living facilities of appropriately they can get.

This Social care is what later becomes a suggestion in Islam for life mutual understanding, mutual help and mutual help. Such an attitude is an attitude which was supposed to always be practiced in human life, because basically humans live in groups and society. Because of the importance a this attitude mutual help, it is not surprising if the god preserve it in the Holy Book "ta'awanu 'alaal-birr ...,".
In his tafseer, al-Qasimi commented that prohibited taking other children to then be serve as his adoptive by changing her pedigree lineage, although in practice they have good intentions to the child. Al-Qasimi basing this prohibition on Surat al-Ahzab: 4 and 5
....وَمَا جَعَلَأَدْعِيَاءَكُمْ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ...
...nor has He made your adopted sons your sons...
Call them by (the names of) their fathers: that is juster in the sight of Allah. But if ye know not their father's (names, call them) your Brothers in faith, or your maulas...
Basically the prohibition above lies on the changing of pedigree lineage of the biological parents, who then ascribed to the adoptive parents. Which in the deed of lineage erasing could cause indistinctness concerned with lineage child really.
Now, if in practice of adoption is done without there any change about genealogical lineage, until the child's status is clear that just as a adoptive child or foster child and not a biological child, then such acts are permitted by al-Qasimi.
