Clean The Heart! "Spiritual Journey" In The
Month of Rajab
Rajab
is a special month, a month that contains a lot of meaning. Meanings that
emerge from the grace of God in giving privileges for His beloved
Apostle
Muhammad. be a spiritual journey that became known in the history of mankind as
Isra Miraj.
As
has been distinguished told that among the special event which happened to
Prophet before the trip Isra Miraj starts is surgery of the liver (liver
cleanse) by the Angel Gabriel and Michael to then washed with zam-zam water
three times and filled it noble heart with wisdom and faith.
This
heart surgery at the beginning of the journey before entering the core story of
the Grand Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque, to then be forwarded to Shidratil Muntaha.
Why the liver is dissected and cleaned? Why not gut or kidneys have an
important role in the metabolism of the body ?. Which are biological more dirty
and always in contact with the food ?. Washers or other limb being dirt track
for humans?
And
why this surgery is done before the trip, why not after the trip is over? Or on
the way?
Indeed,
on this occasion there is a very deep wisdom. The higher levels of spiritual
intelligence of a human being, he will be more in the meaning of a lesson.
Rasulullah SAW said,
إن في الجسد مضغة إذا صلحت صلح الجسد كله, و إذا فسدت فسد الجسد كله ألا
و هي القلب
That
is, "Look at the person's body there is a lump of flesh, apabaila blob is
good, then the whole body of it. But if the lump is ugly, it devastated the
entire body. Remember blob that is the heart. "(HR. Muttafun alaih)
How
important the position of the heart to the body and the self. How carefully to
be the only case that determines the body and the self. Due to an Arab proverb
says,
القلب ملك, و الأعضاء جنوده; فإذا صلح القلب, صلحت الرعية, و إذا فسد,
فسدت.
That
is, "Be like a king, and his soldiers are members of the human body. If
either of the heart, then let his people. But if the liver is damaged corrupted
everything. "
This
is what we often forget. The liver is no longer a commander in this life, since
the old position has been replaced by the brain rely on logic and reason.
Though a variety of considerations of justice and righteousness source is the
heart, not the brain. Because it's not one of those expressed by al-Ghazali in
Ihya 'Ulumuddin
إستفت قلبك ولو أفتوك وأفتوك وأفتوك
That

clues to you."
How
to take care of our hearts and decorate it to remain lucid and able to be a lamp
unto themselves and this body ?. To be always maintained Hindarkanlah our
hearts in four cases, riya ', ujub, takabbur, as well as malicious.

Riya 'is a show-off, according to Riya imam al-Ghazali is looking for a
position in the human heart in a way to worship and charity. In other words
riya 'always invites people to look for in any mode of behavior and conduct.

'ujub by Imam al-Ghazali ujub is all-sufficient nature to feel themselves and
proud of the blessings that exist, and forget if one day will vanish, ujub is
the parent of the nature arrogant, haughty difference if the impact on the
parties ditakaburi, if limited ujub himself.
Word
of the Prophet Muhammad, "ujub it could take a good charities as fire
eating wood" (Al Hadith)

takabbur is felt more perfect than others, pride is the first disobedience
committed by his creatures (Satan) against Allah.
Allah
says,
قال فاهبط منها فما يكون لك أن تتكبر فيها فاخرج إنك من الصاغرين
That

how do I decorate heart?
Al-Ghazali
told in the book Mizanul 'Amal, that the heart should be decorated with four
mains piety, namely wisdom, simplicity (' iffah), courage (syaja'ah) and
justice ( 'is). He explained that the willingness to forgive those who have
menzaliminya is patience and courage (syaja'ah) was perfect. Perfection 'iffah
seen with a willingness to stick to the people who continue to do miserly him.
Meanwhile, the willingness to stick silaturrahim against those who have decided
kinship is a perfect manifestation of ihsan.
So
hopefully we can all draw lessons from the month of Rajab. Why Allah ordered
the angel Gabriel and Michael dissect the chest and wash the heart of the
Prophet SAW. Not because in the hearts of the Prophet Muhammad have the dirt
and not. Because he is Ma'shum. But all of that is a symbol for us as a people.
That
clean up, maintain and decorate the liver is a major job that should take
precedence over the other. as well as putting a surgical Allah and the Prophet
Muhammad laundering day before traveling Isra Miraj.
