Glory Of Ummah Of The Prophet Muhammad
Ustad
Taufiq said in his Friday sermon at Masjid Baitul Muttaqin Raya Jakarta, Friday
(22/04), age is a blessing given by God to man. In the Hereafter, it will be
held accountable by Allah SWT as the history of a valid Hadith, That the King
of the Prophet Muhammad SAW said,
لا تزول قدما عبد يوم القيامة حتى يسأل عن عمره فيما أفناه وعن علمه فيما
فعل وعن ماله من أين اكتسبه وفيما أنفقه وعن جسمه (فيما أبلاه)
That
is, "Do not be shifted 2 foot throughout the servant (later) on the Day of
Judgment until he is in-question (asked to accountability by God) about his age
where he spent (that age), Due to his knowledge of how he had put it into
practice, About treasures his, from-where he acquired it and where he was to
spend it, as well as Regarding his body for what it uses. "(HR.
At-Tirmidhi).
According
to Ustad Taufiq, opportunity lifespan Allah has bestowed upon this man turned
out later to be questioned by Allah SWT. In fact, Allah in the Qur'an has told
about the unbelievers who then by Allah SWT put into Hell Hell and Allah was
the chance of age (or age) were given to his servants. Allah says,
والذين كفروا لهم نار جهنم لا يقضى عليهم فيموتوا ولا يخفف عنهم من عذابها
كذلك نجزي كل كفور
That
is, "And those who disbelieve for them Hell. They were not destroyed so
that they die, and not (also) be relieved of their azabnya. Thus do We reward
every man who are unbelievers. "(Fatir: 36).

in the next verse Allah continued,
وهم يصطرخون فيها ربنا أخرجنا نعمل صالحا غير الذي كنا نعمل أولم نعمركم
ما يتذكر فيه من تذكر وجاءكم النذير فذوقوا فما للظالمين من نصير
That
is, "And they scream in hell that:" Our Lord, take us undoubtedly we
will do good works in contrast to that we have done ". And if we do not
prolong your days in a period sufficient to think for people who want to think,
and (does not) come to you a warner? so taste (Our command), and there is
nothing for the wrongdoers no helpers. "(Fatir: 37).
Still
from Ustad Taufiq, opportunity ages Allah gave to man turns someday be
questioned. Age people of the Prophet Muhammad that when compared with the age
of the followers of earlier Prophets, then we the people of the age of the
Prophet Muhammad will be relatively short.
Age
60 or 70 years if we compare it with the followers of earlier ages like the
people of Noah, the people of the Prophet is extremely short. As described God
in his word,
ولقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فلبث فيهم ألف سنة إلا خمسين عاما فأخذهم الطوفان
وهم ظالمون
It
means, "And verily We sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them
a thousand years less fifty years. Then the flood seized them, and they are the
ones who do wrong. "(Al-'Ankabut: 14)
Based
on the terms of the letter above it can be concluded that the people of Noah's
age average is 950 years old. 950 years if we compare it with 60 or 70 years
the people of the Prophet, then it is very far-lah, short alias aged people
today. However, Allah the Most Compassionate and Merciful to the people of the
Prophet Muhammad, although calculated in terms of age very much, however, if in
fact we are as people of the Prophet's really make the most of the opportunity
that Allah gave this, then this age will be able to exceed 1000 years of the
nature or terms of quality.
As
an example in the Holy month of Ramadan. Allah in Surah Al-Qadr, where there
explained that Allah gives the evening its virtues better than 1000 months
(Night Laylat al Qadr). Or less equivalent to 83 years + 4 months. For those of
us who have spent the evening which is filled with a variety of practices
blessed by Allah SWT. So let's say 1 month = 1000 or 1 = 83 years and 4 months.
If the two times or for 2 years after the Ramadan we miss it, it has been 160
years or more. If for example 20 years we missed, with the Ramadan we take
advantage of the opportunity to worship Allah as though ridhoi the essence if
it is calculated that 20 x 83 = 1660 more. This means that if in 20 years we
passed 1000 hours this month and we really manfaatkannya with good worship to
Allah, it is as if we are the true age has more than 1000 years.
Therefore,
he continued, starting from now starting from this moment, let us take
advantage of life Allah has given us this to the fullest beribada Him.
Although
age Allah has given us the ummah of Muhammad SAW is very short when compared to
the previous race. However, Allah has given us the glory very much, abundant
glory, which God willing, with the glory which we can reward will continue to
flow. May Allah be pleased with our good deeds.
