Who Dzulkarnain Figure?
PART 1
As we know, a lot of stories that tells
stature and greatness of Alexander The Great (Alexander the Great) who came
from Macedonia, Greece. He was always linked with Dzulkarnain as told in the
Koran.
However, there are also linking with Cyrus
II, a king who came from ancient Persia. Is that right?
Many people who believe Dzulkarnain was
Alexander the Great. Including Michael H. Hart, author of the book 100
Influential People in the World. However, not a few who denied this
information.
The reason, Alexander the Great was not
Dzulkarnain. Therefore, Alexander is a king who is not Muslim and very swift
and barbaric attitude and love the same gender.
Subhan Nurdin true in his book Jesus and
the Dajjal will come down? Qultum publications Media, the first printing of
2006 pages 179 cites the opinion of the western version that says, Dzulkarnain
is Iskandar bin al-Maqduny Philips al Yunany (Macedonians, Greeks).
He built Alexandria. He was also a pupil of
Aristotle and the fight against the Persians.
According to Ash-Syaukani, the above
opinion is difficult to accept because it is hinted, Dzulkarnain are those who
disbelieve, while the Koran says Dhul karnain people get a clue.
According to Muslim historians, Dzulkarnain
is the nickname of Abu al-Himyari Carbs or Abu Bakr ibn al Ifraiqisy of daulah
Jumairiyah (115-552 BC). Kingdom called at-Tababi'ah. Dubbed Dzulkarnain (owner
of two horns) because power is very broad, from the horns of the sun in the west
to the east.
